Refund Policy for Hiring of Motor Vehicle
At Dhanara Enterprises, we value the satisfaction of our customers and aim to provide a transparent and fair refund policy for vehicle reservations. Please review our terms below regarding reservation cancellations and refunds:
1. Reservation Cancellation Within 24 Hours:
• If you choose to cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, you will be entitled to a 90% refund of your advance payment.
2. Reservation Cancellation After 24 Hours:
• If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, you will be eligible for a 75% refund of your advance payment.
Terms and Conditions:
• Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after cancellation approval.
• The refund policy applies only to advance payments made at the time of reservation. It does not cover any additional charges incurred.
